On the other hand, Behance and portfolio websites provide structure but feel too formal. We wanted a space that combines the casual/less polished nature of social media with the organization of professional platforms.
There’s a lack of a middle ground for creatives to share in-progress work, creating a barrier for experimentation and making it overwhelming to post ideas that aren't fully polished or finalized.
With Namu, creatives can share work-in-progresses, providing details and status updates on unfinished projects. Project updates incorporate photos, making many of the pages visual content-heavy.
